Frequently Asked Questions.

Our team works diligently to get your order out the door! You can expect 1-6 business days of processing before we drop it in the mailbox. Shipping times may vary, with US customers needing up to two weeks and international friends requiring a up to two months to receive their slime.

Domestic (Australia) Shipping Times
  • DHL Ground: 3-4 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or processing time)
  • USPS Priority: 1-3 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or processing time)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or processing time). Fastest recommended shipping option.
International Shipping Times
  • DHL Priority: 6-18 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or processing time). Taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost.
  • DHL Express: 2-14 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or processing time). Taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost. Fastest recommended shipping option for orders outside of the United States.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  1. Check common areas: Mailbox, porch, garage, behind gates, or with neighbors.

  2. Wait 72 hours: Sometimes packages are marked as delivered early and arrive within 3 days.

If it’s been over 72 hours:

Please note: We do not issue replacements for packages marked as “delivered.”

Due to the nature of slime production, we do not accept cancellations. All sales are final—please confirm your purchase before ordering.

Return Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened and unused.

  • Buyer must provide proof of return shipment.

Requests outside the 30-day window are not eligible for return or credit.

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

What’s Included in Your Package
Every order includes:

  • All items you purchased

  • 1 Borax powder packet (for perfect slime texture)

  • 1 Slime care card with tips and instructions

  • a 10ml white or pink activator spray for free!

Note: Each order comes with one borax packet and one care card, regardless of quantity ordered.

Our slimes and all included extras (such as charms, glitter, and other add-ons) are strictly for playnot for eating. These items are not edible and may pose a choking hazard if consumed.

In case of accidental ingestion, please contact your local poison control center immediately.
We are not responsible for any consumption or misuse of the contents in your package without supervision.

Slime is suitable for ages 8 and up and can provide hours of fun and distraction!

Main Ingredients:

  • Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA)

  • Borax

May also contain:

  • Colorants

  • Fragrance oils (some may contain peanuts)

  • Mineral oil

  • Glycerin

  • Alumina silicate

  • Non-toxic craft materials

  • Non-toxic absorbent polymers

Caution:
Slime is not recommended for individuals with eczema, sensitive skin, or known allergies to any of the ingredients listed above or similar household substances.

With proper care, slimes can last for a few months. However, it is normal for slimes to deflate or melt over time due to the nature of slime ingredients. All slimes expire over time, and it is unavoidable.

To keep your slime in a good state for as long as possible, make sure to wash your hands before playing and play on a clean surface to avoid debris or bacteria from getting into your slime. 

After playing, store your slime in its airtight container and a cool environment. Reactivate your slime frequently using a slime activator to avoid your slime from melting. If your slime has reached a point that it is deflated to half of its size, it may be time for a new slime!

  • Wash your hands before and after playing to keep slime clean.

  • Store slime in an airtight container after each use to prevent drying.

  • Keep slime cool—avoid leaving it in warm or sunny places.

  • If slime becomes sticky, use a small amount of borax solution to reactivate it.

  • Do not mix slimes of different textures or types to maintain consistency.

  • Avoid contact with fabrics, carpets, or hair—slime may stick or stain.

  • If your slime dries out, add a few drops of water and knead gently.

  • Use on clean, non-porous surfaces for easier cleanup.

  • Always supervise young children while playing.


  • Check the Temperature
    Warm weather can make slime stickier than usual—this is normal!

  • Prepare Your Activator
    Use a pre-made activator or mix a small amount of borax with water.

  • Add Slowly
    Add a few drops of activator to the slime—less is more.

  • Knead Thoroughly
    Work the activator into the slime by stretching and folding until it becomes less sticky.

  • Test the Texture
    Keep kneading and only add more activator if absolutely needed. Too much can make the slime stiff.

  1. Mix equal parts white vinegar and cold water.

  2. Test on a small area if the surface is delicate.

  3. Spray the mix on the stain.

  4. Gently scrub with a soft brush.

  5. Blot with paper towels until clean.

  1. Add Lotion
    Gently knead in a few drops of unscented lotion to make the slime stretchier.

  2. Use Warm Water
    Dip your hands in warm water and knead the slime, or add a few drops directly to it. Don’t overdo it!

  3. Add Glycerin or Baby Oil (optional)
    A small amount can help restore softness and shine.

  4. Microwave Slightly (for Butter or Clay Slime Only)
    Microwave for 5–10 seconds, then knead carefully. Do not do this with slimes that contain foam beads or glitter.

A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to the email or phone number you have provided once your order has been accepted for processing.

Note: Please allow 1-6 days for the tracking number of your order to be updated as processing time is needed before your order is handed off to USPS. 

Once your package has shipped and scanned to your country, you may be able to track the package more efficiently using your local post office websites.
