At Meemawslime, we would like you to know that we’d like to help you if something goes wrong with a product that you purchase from us. To assist you to ensure everything goes smoothly with your purchase and delivery, please be certain to follow these steps:
- Check your delivery: As soon as your package arrives, check that the correct items have been sent to you. Whilst we have multiple checks as we prepare your shipment, unintentional human errors can occur and the best time to verify everything is perfect is as soon as you receive your delivery. Check the cartons carefully as parts or small items can sometimes move around and easily be caught inside packaging or void-fill.
- Keep original packaging: Do not throw away any of the original packaging materials, such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags etc. until you are satisfied with your order. If a problem arises it is normally much easier to resolve if everything is together – there’s nothing worse than contacting us regarding a missing part and learning that it is carefully protected inside the foam protector, on its way to land fill in your local municipality because it was accidentally discarded.
- Inspect carefully: Carefully inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage packaging.
- Save invoice: Please keep the supplied Meemawslime invoice or packing slip / invoice slip with your important records. This helps us to track the history of your purchase more easily. If a problem occurs you can refer to this information (or the order reference information that we email to you) to quickly enable us to understand which product you are referring to when you need assistance from us.

Manufacturer Manuals and Guidelines
Before using your product, carefully read the instruction manual. Our Meemawslime containers contain chemicals such as borax and PVA glue, so safety precautions are essential to be mindful of. Following our safety instructions will help minimize potential issues.
Meemawslime wants you, our customer, to enjoy the products you purchase from us, and there’s nothing more upsetting to us to see a customer frustrated and upset for an entire weekend only to discover that a small step was overlooked in the product use. Please take the time to read the manufacturer’s instructions.
Refunds
- Our refund policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
- The product must be returned in a resealable condition. Provide the shipping tracking number, reason for return, and order ID.
- You have 7 days to contact you and 60 days to return the item from the date you received it.
- For exchanges, specify the new product you need by contacting us.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item in its original condition, including packaging, components, and proof of purchase.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of payment, contact us to trace it.
Note: UK returns are free with Royal Mail when you drop the parcel off at a Post Office.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a few days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Exchanges
For exchanges, indicate the new product you need by contacting us. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at revivalnest98@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
Disclaimer
Meemawslime does not provide refunds or exchanges for:
- A change of mind
- Purchased the wrong product
- Damage caused by alteration, misuse, or factors beyond our control; damage to the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product.
- Lack of proof of purchase

Refunds, replacements, or repairs are available for faulty or incorrectly described products. If a replacement or repair is not possible (e.g., discontinued product), we will discuss alternative solutions with you.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, email us at revivalnest98@gmail.com for instructions on where to send your item. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Slime
Safe practices for handling Slime
- Keep slime jar out of reach of children and store them safely in air right container to ensure it doesnt dry out. Slime is NOT ingestible please ensure contents remains clear of any sensitive areas such as eyes, ears, mouth etc.
Warranty assistance
When a fault or problem with your order occurs, we’re here to assist – whether its a minor issue or a major product fault it is important to immediately stop using your product and contact us via our website contact form, email. If there is a minor fault we will offer to repair, replace or refund the item. In the event of a major fault, you may elect a repair, replacement or refund. Please note that replacements will be subject to stock availability, and we shall do our best to meet your requirement, otherwise a refund may need to be offered or in some instances we can replace with a similar or superior item. Please follow the following steps:
- Collect your purchase details (found in your order confirmation email or packing slip).
- Fill out our contact form, including your email, name, and order details.
- Provide the product model number and a detailed description of the issue (please check your order confirmation email)
- Wait for our support team to respond, usually within 24 business hours.
The Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.
